Kailas surgery

On june 23rd I am having surgery at Dartmouth hospital to have a tumor removed on my left adrenal gland, which has been causing me tons of health issues. on top of thst I was also diagnosed with mixed connective tissue disorder (a rare autoimmune disease) I unfortunately haven't been able to work much due to all of my symptoms and health issues and am falling way behind on bills and expenses.  I also dont have health insurance so honestly anything helps! I will be out of work for about 3 weeks after the surgery recovering so that means no forging or shop time until I can get back on my feet.
