Hi, my name is Kailani, and I’m excited to share a dream that has been close to my heart for as long as I can remember. I have always felt called to work with young people, to guide, support, and encourage them, especially during the most important years of their lives. That’s why I am pursuing a degree in Social Work—so I can dedicate my career to uplifting the youth in my community.
For years, I’ve had the joy of volunteering in my church’s children's and youth ministry, and every experience has deepened my passion for serving. Now, I have the incredible opportunity to be the first Mexican American in my family to attend and graduate from college. This is more than just a personal goal—it’s a blessing and a dream that represents hope, perseverance, and the power of education.
Unfortunately, tuition costs remain a challenge. Despite working hard and seeking financial aid, I still do not have enough to cover my college expenses. That’s why I am reaching out for support.
Any contribution, big or small, will help me get closer to this milestone—not just for myself, but for my family and for the youth I will one day serve as a social worker. If you’re unable to donate, simply sharing my story would mean so much.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for believing in me and in the impact that education can have on future generations.
