Hi, I’m Georgia Kelly and I have started this to raise funds in honour of Kaiden Morgan-Johnston, my brother-in-law, to help support our family through this extremely difficult time.

As many know, Kaiden was tragically and senselessly murdered on the 27th of September, 11 minutes after leaving his home, kissing his mum, and leaving with a loud “ lub ya’s!”

His shocking, absolutely senseless passing has left a massive, gaping hole in both our lives and the many, many lives of those who loved him.

Kaiden was only 18 years young, full of love and laughter, with his whole life ahead of him. He had managed to touch the lives of everyone around him with his kind and beautiful soul. We are heartbroken and still grappling with the senseless loss of our beloved boy.

As we navigate this unimaginable grief, we are faced with funeral costs and the financial impact of his absence. This GoFundMe page is created to help our family cope with these immediate and unexpected costs. Any contribution will help alleviate some of the financial burden during this incredibly tough time and allow us to honour Kaiden’s memory with dignity. As Kaiden was a victim of a senseless crime, Crimes Compensation will pay for basic funeral expenses but as you can appreciate we want to honour Kaiden’s life with the funeral, casket, headstone and farewell befitting his short, but full life.
