Kaia’s Tooth Extraction
Kaia is my first puppy I ever chose, well, she chose me actually. In 10yrs my dog has taught me the importance of discipline, responsibility and most importantly, companionship & love.
On Thursday Sept 10 I noticed what I thought was a bug bite. Kaia was irritable and yapping, very unlike her. I decided to take her to the vet& to my surprise it was found that she actually has an abscess tooth, causing her nasal cavity to become swollen. Doctor had explained to me that this would mean dental surgery.
I am humbly asking for any support that you can give to help with this unexpected vet bill. The estimate for the extraction procedure are as follows:
$275 - Labs & Bloodwork
$393 - X-ray & Extraction
$33.50/ea single-root tooth removed
$125/ea multi-root tooth removed
$76 per 30mins of anesthesia
$88 - Oravet
$TBD - Medication & aftercare items
This vet bill ranges from [phone redacted] depending on how many teeth need to be extracted and ifit’s multi or single root. Considering the unknowns, I am asking for help to cover at least half the expenses, I know that we are all struggling in this time of Covid, but if you’re able, I would appreciate anything you can give.
Thank you,
Chelsey & Kaia
