Hello! My name is Kai Cruz. I am a 27
-year-old transgender man. Although i have endured many obstacles through out my transition, i am finally at a point in my life where i am able to pursue my top surgery (also known as a double mastectomy).
This surgery will finally allow me to lessen my gender dysphoria and drastically ease my stress, depression and anxiety.
The surgery will be taking place November 4th (2 days before my birthday - honestly, best birthday gift i could ever receive), god willing. So we are hoping to be able to get as close to our goal if not meet our goal by then.
**This GoFundMe was created by one of Kai's close friends and the reason it was started is to help him with rent for his home that he just moved into and expenses during his post-op recovery. He just started a F/T job and since he hasn't been with his job for long, he is getting the time off approved but it isn't paid. He is only asking for assistance with his rent and for money to help out with food for Kenzo (the cute little pup in the picture). He's an amazing man that has been waiting for this moment for a very long time, patiently. **
