On Thursday, February 15, Saint Martin's University student-athlete Kai Pahl learned that his mom had passed away in Guam. There's no easy road home for Kai, so our community is raising funds to support Kai and his family in this most difficult time. Kai reports that his mom was a great cook and also his #1 fan. This loss hits us hard as life here away from home presents all of our students some tough moments, but with the loss of a parent, these challenges become more significant than during "normal" times. Kai is universally respected, but above all loved here on our campus. Help support our effort to bring a little love, a little mercy and a little grace to Kai and his family.
