I  never fund raise or ask for help, but this emergency caught me off guard and I need to reach out to the community and my friends. I didn't expect an emergency for my newest rescue dog, and the dog I decided to permenantly welcome into my home after loosing my soul dog to cancer and then his friend to heart failure.  My heart is broken and I've been crying all day. I'm currently at emergency and nowhere can really start treatment and most places want 5k down just to try and save her with that not being the total

 

She had been acting off the last 2 days , but went downhill last night with severe gastrointestinal distress , vomiting and hypoglycemia. I don't know her as well as I knew my other dog because I've only had her for about a week and I dont know her entire full history other then she had issues peeing in her previous home and she was used for breeding until her senior years from the breeder.

 

I recently had a 5k bill to save a litter of very sick puppies and then took in a blind and diabetic diabetic from Tacoma shelter that needed to see a specialist. I always have emergency funds saved for a rainy day and also care credit, but at 20k in less then 60 days for multiple medical needs emergency dogs and then allowing a friend to also put his dogs surgery on my card with the promise to pay back , it's leaving me scrambling, and trying to come up with 10k for emergency hospitalization wasnt possible sitting in a vets office with no access to my online banking or info needed to even apply for an emergency loan.

 

I've already ran up my care credit and made the decision to list my motorcycle cheap to try and get the funds needed, because material things can be replaced, she cant.

Currently watt is doing an exam and blood work just to start determining what's going on. Her dental is also horrendous which the vet said could have caused her to go septic. Right now it's already 1k just to figure out what's going on and that doesn't even start treatment .



UPDATE, the bill jumped to 10k, we had to have $2500 down tonight just for hospitalization, please check the newest post for the recent update from Loomis.
