Olá a gente! I am doing a 6 week intensive language study abroad in Fortaleza, Brazil this summer for 6 units from June 15th - July 27th. This opportunity will help my journey towards completing my minor in Portuguese, helping my fluency and expanding my knowledge on other cultures. While in Brazil, I want to gain a better understanding of how disabilities and accessibility are dealt with in countries outside of the US. Hopefully my own experience will help other people/ students with disabilities interested in this specific UofA study abroad or just traveling to Brazil. Any and every donation is a blessing.
