Kai & Cate cover the high costs of IVF

Hi everyone,

We are Kai and Cate, and we’re beginning our journey to grow our family through IVF (in vitro fertilization). This path is filled with hope, excitement, and love—but it also comes with overwhelming financial costs.

Unfortunately, many of these expenses are not covered by insurance, including:

Sperm donor costs (entirely out-of-pocket)

Embryo transfers, which may take multiple rounds

Fertility medications, lab work, and ongoing appointment copays and coinsurance rates

Becoming parents together has always been a dream of ours, and IVF is our best path forward to making that dream come true. Every contribution—big or small—brings us one step closer to holding our baby in our arms.
