It's with great sadness that we announce the passing of our brother Kahsay Mebrahtu. He bravely fought for many years but lost his fight with cancer, he passed away Sunday, January 3, 2021.
Kahsay was born and raised in Keren, Eritrea and then later resided in Tampa, Florida. He is survived by his sisters Mehret and Hiddat and brothers Kidane and Tecle. The Mebrahtu family is greatly appreciative of the outpouring of prayers and support during this difficult time.
This fundraising effort was created to help lessen the financial burden on the family with the memorial and burial costs. The memorial service will be held this Saturday, January 9, 2021.
