Kahlua has Laryngeal Paralysis. A condition that causes her airways to be restricted. Her condition has been stable for a couple of months but with the summer weather things have progressed quickly. Unfortunately, due to my own medical bills I am afraid I will not be able to save the money for the surgery before Kahlua is in a life-threatening situation. Kahlua is a healthy dog otherwise and not ready to go yet. This surgery will allow her to breathe normally again and return to her regular lifestyle. I appreciate greatly anyone willing to help!
