We are Kahelelani Alipio and Zeff Dudoit. Lahaina has been my home for the past 22 years and became a second home to Zeff and his ’ohana when they made the transition from Moloka’i to Maui. We just recently moved into Lahaina Surf (175 Baker St. Apt H-21) together and started to make a living on our own, along with my brother in law Marcus Dudoit. Sadly our home, both vehicles and all our belongings including my family heirloom were taken by the fire. However, we are grateful to have just barely made it out safely with our siblings (Makamae Alipio, Kayce Dudoit, Lydia Dudoit, Marcus Dudoit) and my 5 year old niece (Hayven Starr Kaholokula) and have been able to reunite with our immediate family and friends.
