Help with medical expenses

Hello my name is David, I went into cardiac arrest when I was just two weeks old I was diagnosed with muscle dystrophy at birth. During my early teen age years, I was diagnosed with a condition called Barth Syndrome. I was told by the doctors that I would eventually need a heart transplant. My senior year of high school I went into severe heart failure at the age of 18 and received my first heart transplant. My first heart transplant saved my life for 5 years and 4 months. Shortly after, I began to experience fatigue during my daily actives. As I was getting evaluated by my team of doctors who performed a biopsy which indicated and confirmed I was in stage 3B rejection with coronary artery disease and heart failure. I was hospitalized for 9 months awaiting my second heart transplant and once I had a compatible donor, I underwent my second heart transplant. At first, everything was going well but unfortunately around my one-year transplant anniversary, I started to experience the same symptoms which consisted of fatigue and energy levels drastically decreasing. After multiple hospitalization due to fluid buildup around my heart and lungs, I began to have arrhythmia at the time and the doctors’ placed ICD pacemaker to try attempt to control and/or stop the heart rhythms as time went along, I continued to still have the same arrhythmia rhythms that was being impacted by the new discovery of rejection. I am in rejection with coronary arteries diseases and heart failure once again unfortunately speaking with my team of doctors I am not a candidate to receive a third heart transplant. I am currently home on hospice taking multiple medications and with the help of this medication, it will help me prolong my life span. I need help paying for my medication and medical equipment which are unfortunately a monthly cost. Anything helps and is greatly appreciated even a share. Thank you everyone in advance and God blessed you all.
