My name is Jonathan, and I am reaching out to share my dream and seek your support in turning it into reality. I have always been passionate about the culinary arts and have been fortunate enough to work in the industry for over 32 years. This has not only honed my skills but also fueled my ambition to own my own restaurant.
In the late 1990s, my father and I had the privilege of opening our own restaurant. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to close it down after a couple of years. However, the experience left an indelible mark on me, and I have always hoped to relive that dream and pass it on to the next generation.
That is why I am excited to share that my son and I are now ready to embark on this entrepreneurial journey together. My son, Ozzy, has been working for the past 3 years, building his skills and passion for the culinary arts. Together, we are confident that we can create a restaurant that not only serves delicious food but also fosters a welcoming and memorable dining experience for our guests.
However, as you may already know, starting a restaurant requires a significant investment. We have carefully calculated the initial costs, including securing a location, kitchen equipment, licenses, permits, and staff recruitment. Unfortunately, we have found it challenging to obtain traditional funding due to the current economic climate and the inherent risks associated with the industry.
