On the 4th of July 2020, Kaffeina Coffee Inc. experienced devastating vandalism that has required us to close our doors due to a necessary massive clean-up and restoration project.
Kaffeina Coffee is a local, family owned, start-up cafe in Trinity, FL aiming to bring the best craft coffee and the most unforgettable, exemplary customer service to Central Florida. Against all odds, we decided to continue with our grand opening on May 1st, 2020. For the last 2 months, our little drive-through stand has been thriving and growing within our community, offering KETO friendly, vegan, and gluten free food and beverage options.
This cafe began with so much to lose, but persisted anyway. Every ounce of personal resource and energy available went into this lifelong dream. Kaffeina was turning into a success until July 4th, 2020, we were vandalized beyond belief.
On the 5th of July, 2020, our little family of baristas woke up to a catastrophe that was seemingly hopeless. All of our glass bottle inventory broken on the floor, the deli fridge was flipped over, very expensive machinery upside down on the floor, our electricity had been unplugged, and much more. Our baristas have been committed to restoring the damages that were endured. We have all been hard at work for 4 long, exhausting days of repairs, with many days ahead of us still.
With the investigation still ongoing, financial relief for restorations is going to be an insurmountable hurdle without your help.
Our shop will utilize donations for a new air conditioner in our hot Florida weather, machinery repair, inventory restock, and cleaning expenses.
We are also seeking donations in support of our devoted staff members that have been hard at work to get Kaffeina back up and running for our beloved customers.
Here at Kaffeina, our goal is to build relationships with our community. We are anxious and excited to meet new people and continue to build a happy, uplifting environment for our customers to fuel their day.
