Hi everyone, 

I was heart broken today when I received news that a bright young girl, that I tutor, was seriously hurt in a riding accident. Most of you already know Kadi and her love of horses and riding. Her love of the outdoors and adventure with her family and friends.

My heart is incredibly heavy thinking of her in the hospital so seriously hurt and for her family, the worry now in their hearts.

Kadi was in a major riding accident yesterday  evening (Saturday April 15th) and was flown out to Edmonton Stollery. She had emergency brain surgery last night to release some pressure and blood on her brain. She has a cracked skull, a small fracture in the top of a vertebrae and some serious road rash. She is somewhat stable right now but is heavily sedated, medicated and a machine is breathing for her.

Im praying and praying and praying for her recovery. For her parents and family through this hard time of waiting.

I am wishing to ease the financial toll this will have on Kadi parents while they stay with her in Edmonton. 

Parents in this situation should not have finances being an additional worry during this time. I whole heartedly ask for any monetary support you can give to help out the Sheridan family.
