Kacey’s Cancer Fund
Donation protected
Kacey is a loving 9 year old dog with the sweetest personality; one glance her way and she will instantly start wagging her tail! Kacey has been a devoted companion to her dad, Andrew Burrell, who has been an anesthesia nurse at MSPCA-Angell in Boston for the past 9 years. Andrew has compassionately dedicated himself to help care for and save many beloved pets in the New England area and beyond.
Sadly, Andrew’s sweet girl, Kacey, was diagnosed with B-cell Lymphoma this past week. The most effective therapy for Kacey’s cancer is chemotherapy. The cost for the chemotherapy and additional diagnostics can unfortunately be quite expensive. The estimated cost for chemotherapy and additional diagnostics is $8,000. Both Kacey and Andrew are adored and much loved by his friends and coworkers, so in return we’d love to help raise some funds for the care that Kacey needs. This treatment should provide her with more quality time to spend with her dad, canine sister, Charlie, and all of her friends, especially this time of year.
In the spirit of the holiday season we are hoping we may be able to cultivate some joy and light to ease the stress brought on by this unfortunate diagnosis. Any amount you could contribute would be so helpful and greatly appreciated. Please help us in our efforts in getting Kacey into remission. Thank you so much for all of your support!
