MaryAnn Burchfield
My name Carrie Rivera and it is with a heavy heart I announce the unexpected passing of my sister-in-law, Maryann Burchfield. She leaves behind a most precious and loving family consisting of a five adult children, a bunch of grandchildren and great-grandchildren who absolutely adored her.
As is life, we were not at all prepared for her unexpected passing and are now stuck with a huge financial burden. I'm asking on my families' behalf for any financial assistance from family, friends and strangers.
Please help give what you can, as every little bit helps our goal.
Anyone that knew Mary, knows of her story in that she had a very hard life, but she endured the many travesties that came her way by being strong and with great tenacity. She was the patriarch of her family, and one of the strongest women, other than my own mother, that I've ever known. My mother took on the loving responsibility to be her mother and considers Mary to be her daughter. Mary will be greatly missed by our family. She was a big sister to me, instead of sister-in-law, as she joined our family when she was just 15 yrs old, and I was 8.
Mary's kids are in desperate need of financial assistance to cover the costs of transportation, so they can attend their mother's out of state funeral, where her tribe is located. They need financial assistance so they can rent a 15 passenger van, gas, food and lodging for a week so they can actively participate in their mother's tribunal ceremonies.
Our family is counting on every dime and any contribution made, which can be made anonymous, and will come back to you as a blessing tenfold.
Please help my family, send Mary ishpimiing* to be with her father an tribal ancestors. *In her tribal tongue, this word means "to heaven".)
Please say a quick prayer and ask God to bless her in heaven, and to continue watching over and blessing her family especially in their time of need.
May God continue to bless you all!
