Hello everyone.

My name is Dan Locapo, Sandy's husband. I would like to thank all of you for your generosity. This has been a tough handful of months and I would like to applogise for the delay in further information.

The money raised here from this campaign will be used to start a yearly scholorship. The scholorship will be going to a deserving student looking to pursue a career in the culinary arts. Everything is set up, and is ready to start as soon as possible.

In addition, to insure that the scholarship can be given out yearly, we are in the process of creating an annual fundrasing event in Sandy's name.
