Hey my name is Maddie, I was injured on Sunday the 11th where a girl from the team i versed in soccer, tore my kidney by sprinting into me with her boot while i was playing goalie. I have severe internal bleeding, minor blood clots from a tear in my kidney and i’m in critical pain. Im stuck on bed rest at royal north shore hospital and will most likely be here for more than 1-2weeks. Im hoping that i wont need surgery and that’ll be back home soon, but I wont be able to work, or engage in any physical activity for up to 3 months.
