My Mother, Porterlene Dennis, is 87 yrs old. She has lived the last 10 yrs of her life at Mt. Pleasant Health and Rehabilitation, a nursing home facility located in Mt. Pleasant, Tennessee. Recently, she was diagnosed with end stage Alzheimer's and is in need of an extra level of personal one on one care to make her as comfortable as possible.
