This will be my 4th England cap, where I have previously represented England at the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham and the European championships in 2023. I won Gold at the Commonwealth Karate Games on my first England cap and followed it up by winning Gold at the Commonwealth Club Championships. With your support I was able to place 5th at the 2023 European Championships and I also placed 11th at the Venice Youth League in December.

I am excited to have retained my position on the England squad having moved categories, as a result of my hard work and performance in recent months and I am motivated more than ever to continue raising my level at the European Championships.

The European Championships are being held in Tibisi, Georgia at the start of February. As karate is a self-funded sport the costs of training, travelling and competing are high and I am having to try and fundraise to allow me the opportunity to compete at the championships. I understand that times are tough for everyone at the moment and any donation will be greatly appreciated. I hope to do England and my club Goshukan Karate Academy UK proud.
