Thank you for donating the to the TridentCare Employee Assistance Fund, for the Central Region.  Each donation of $5.00 will qualify you to receive a face mask that has been hand-crafted by one of our employees.  100% of your donation will go to the employee assistance fund to help those TridentCare associates that are experiencing a hardship during this difficult time, and that qualify for a disbursement from the fund. 

There is no limit on the number of masks you can receive, but it is based on $5.00 donation increments.  Example: $15.00 will qualify you to receive three masks.  There are no special orders, as materials/patterns/colors are in short supply from area stores.  However, we will do our best to match basic requests.  Example: Request for a solid color mask, a mask with a pattern, a more masculine mask, or a more feminine mask. 

To make a donation and receive a mask, please leave the following in the comment section at the end of your transaction:  your Name, your Region, your Cost Center, and your Supervisor’s name.  If you are not a TridentCare Employee, please leave your Name, and the Name of the TridentCare Employee you know.  We will work through that employee to get your contact info (mailing address).  Please DO NOT include your phone number or address in the comment section as this will become public information for all to see.  Please allow up to 10 days to receive your mask.
