We are pivoting to looking to purchase a cheap 5th wheel or trailer that mom/ Karin can park and afford lot rent for. We really appreciate everyone who has helped so far, i feel like this is the best plan where she can be self sufficient. Please share if you can, every dollar helps us towards getting this done. She is still in extended stay.

update October 11th:

My mom has lost her home and is temporarily in an extended stay while seeking a room for rent with her 3 small dogs. A lot of people are telling her to get rid of them, but Mark died, Ash and I moved, and Dalton died. They are her family. Her funds are extremely gone, monies previously donated she was so grateful for went to storage and help moving her things there. We need help to keep her in the extended stay while she tries to find a room for rent. Please keep her in her prayers, and share if you cannot donate.

My mom has lived in Bothell for 25 years. We lost my stepdad in 2019, and she had a life estate to her home. The house passed to my stepbrother, who passed in 2024, and his half-sister is now evicting my mom from the home she paid for, took care of, and has lived in all this time.

She is asking for help to continue to fight to either remain in her home, or be paid out her share of the value of the home she paid into. What is happening to her in her senior years is absolutely disgusting, and she needs help!
