Help save Reign!

Meet Reign, my daughters best friend and protector. Hailey is currently a 3rd year MSU premed student. This girl has worked incredibly hard to earn scholarships to put herself through college. She was raised to understand the importance of adoption. Her first year away at college on her own. She went to the shelter and adopted the oldest dog that had been there the longest. Three years later and thousands of adventures and memories, these two are inseparable. This dog has been through all her ups and downs. By her side in the midst of the MSU shooting earlier this year. They are truly best friends.

Reign has now faced a health condition that requires an expensive surgery. Other than this condition, the vet has stated he is strong and healthy for his age of 10 1/2 years. Reign has an Ulcer on his elbow that will not heal after trying numerous things. The procedure needed is a deep cleaning of wound, taking biopsy and multiple cultures to find the root of the problem. The wound could not be healing due to cancer or some type of bacteria. they are cleaning it until the results come back and then it will be a skin grafted. The alternative options she was given, was to remove the leg or to have him put down. She wouldn’t force him to live that kind of life.

Myself as her father am unable to finically help due to a recent diagnosis of being legally blind now. I will not bore you with those details. I want to help her in any way I can. So I am setting up this go fund me page for Reign.
