Xavier's Medical Journey

Hello my name is Amillio Mcknuckles. My oldest son (18) Xavier Clifton was at a high school basketball game in Humboldt, TN on November 30, 2021 where gun violence took place. He was shot once in the neck. He was airlifted to the hospital and is currently in the ICU. He is stable but from the medical professionals view his paralysis from the chest down will be permanent. My son went from an active healthy teen that formerly played and loved basketball to now being told he will never walk, or move his arms or have the same life he had before that night while enjoying what was supposed to be a normal high school basketball game. We are so grateful and blessed that he is still alive but the road ahead will not be an easy one. I am seeking help for his medical expenses, travel expenses to be with him and handle any and everything that he will need until able to get him in a suitable and stable position to be fully taken care of.
