**PLEASE NOTE – THIS IS A SURPRISE FUNDRAISER**
On August 20th, the Jewell Family of Boulder Creek (Joe’s brother) lost everything in the devasting CZU Fire. Nathan, Sarah, Micah and Jesse were able to safely evacuate their home unharmed. They watched their Ring cameras and hoped that the approaching fire would not take their home. Unfortunately, when the cameras went out, they knew that the fire had engulfed their beautiful home and garden reducing it to ash.
While we are thankful that our family escaped unharmed, most of their possessions were lost in the fire. They now face the difficult task of picking themselves up after losing their home and everything held dear to them. An enormous task in itself, but even more so in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Our family is launching this fundraiser to raise money in anticipation for the needs of our nephews Micah (16) and Jesse (13) as they begin in rebuild from the fire and begin to heal. We greatly appreciate any contribution, no matter how small, to help them through this heartbreaking and devastating tragedy and to support them in the difficult months ahead.
With gratitude,
Joe, Lisa, Charli and Gwen
