Support Maggie Mackintosh’s Journey to Recovery

In the blink of an eye, our everyday lives as we know it can forever change….

Maggie is 20 years old. She is a Fairmont High School graduate, and attended her freshman year in college at Morehead State University.

She Currently was working for Tropical Smoothie Cafe in several locations in the area as the assistant manager. She loves her job, coworkers, and helping in any way she could.

Maggie has been riding for FineLine Stables in Springboro, Ohio since she was 8 years old. She competed in multiple divisions of competition including Saddlebred Show Pleasure, Huntseat & Western.

Maggie was a passenger in a car accident that severed her spine completely and is paralyzed from waist down. She will be going to a rehabilitation center and returning to live with her mom & step father hopefully as soon as possible; and knows with a hopeful outlook that through hard work and the determination she showed as a rider, athlete, and team leader will bring her to the next phase of her life.
