I’m fundraising for K-9 Bas of South Fork Police Department. Last week, Bas underwent emergency surgery due to a mass on his spleen that had ruptured, causing a large amount of internal bleeding. He required a blood transfusion and the surgeon removed his spleen with the mass as well as 4 liters of blood from his abdomen. The mass was sent for testing and unfortunately came back as hemangiosarcoma, an aggressive cancer of the blood vessels.

Bas has upcoming appointments with a veterinary oncologist to discuss chemotherapy options. I’m asking all to spread the word and pray for him and please donate to help with his medical bills. Bas is a hero. He has protected many streets and saved lives. Please help him fight cancer. #K9BasStrong
