Barney is an explosive detection K9 who retired in 2019. He served New York city sharing his love and service with all who crossed his path. He has done so many amazing things from being featured on TV to working the Grammys. On September 1st he went in for a routine vet visit. X-rays revealed he had a mass on his spleen that was causing internal bleeding. He needed life saving surgery. Barney deserves a chance at life. He has given so much of himself to keeping the public safe. I am asking for help to save him. Any contribution will be so greatly appreciated.
