K9 Aquacise to rebuild and get back on track

Hi my name is Pam and I run K9 Aquacise & Hydrotherapy in Romsey, Hampshire. It is a professional canine rehabilitation centre with a team of fully qualified hydrotherapists, helping dogs with a range of health and mobility issues, such as arthritis, joint dysplasia and spinal conditions.

I started the business from scratch in 2015 and now treat 60+ dogs each week.

Unfortunately the pool experienced a catastrophic failure at the end of October.

The cost of the rebuild and repair is substantial and my insurance company has refused my claim. I am disputing its decision as I cannot see how it is justified. It has made me wonder why I have bothered paying premiums for nearly a decade when it won’t pay out for a valid claim! Even if the insurance company reverses its decision and pays out, I will still be out of pocket.

I have started this gofundme to help offset some of the costs of getting the centre back up and running. I have dozens of canine clients who can now continue their hydrotherapy, as the pool has been rebuilt and the treadmill repaired at significant unexpected cost. Many of these are elderly and this is one activity that they can enjoy without doing more damage or causing more pain.
