Our sweet friend Kimberly was diagnosed with stage 3 advanced breast cancer. Kim is an incredible, beautiful, and brilliant woman, friend, wife, daughter, sister, teacher, and most importantly, a resilient and loving mom of two young children. She has had a challenging past 6 months with the recent loss of her mother in September 2021. This diagnosis undoubtedly came as a shock to her and her family. Because of the advanced stage of her cancer, she will need chemotherapy, surgery, radiation, reconstruction, and ongoing care. 

We are raising money to support Kim and her family as she fights this battle with cancer. She is looking into treatment options, some of which may be costly and require travel. They will need lots of support through this journey, and we want to ensure their immediate financial needs are taken care of. There will be treatments and unexpected costs that won’t be covered by insurance. Kim’s family faces extensive financial costs, medical-care expenses, and life's daily burdens.
