Funeral Expenses for Jake

It is with a heavy heart that I write this:

Jake rode through the Golden Gates today to join so many others that have left us. Jake was approaching his 27th birthday soon. He was diagnosed with Loey-Dietz Disease at a very young age & his health has been a battle all his life. However, if you had the pleasure of knowing Jake, then you know that his health stopped him from NOTHING. Jake lived his life to the absolute fullest and he didn't live for a dull moment. Jake's journey does not end here as he will live on in our hearts forever and through the countless memories made through each of our lives that he touched. We are asking for help with funeral expenses. Anything helps and we will keep posted for arrangements.

We will gather at Soxmans Funeral Home on Friday Sept 9th 2p-4p and 6p-8p.
