Let's Help Hani Take Care of His Beautiful Family

The grief and disbelief of those who had the pleasure of knowing, and therefore loving, Hani Atalla is overwhelming. He was taken from this world tragically, and the heartbreak is painful and raw. The huge void we feel from his loss is vast. But if we know one thing about Hani, we know he would want us to channel our sorrow into supporting his beautiful wife, Theresa, and their three children (Malik, Alee, and Luca) through this difficult time in any way we can.

Hani was an undeniably special person with an authentic presence that was felt through his warm smile, kind words, and his ability to talk to anyone about anything. From his whole-hearted hugs that made you feel loved, to his witty jokes and little chuckle, to his positive outlook on life - you were always in good company with Hani. He cared deeply for everyone around him whether it was his family, friends, or colleagues and he never held back in showing his feelings for us all.

Theresa is an incredibly strong mama bear, and she will continue to be the rock their children need, alongside the support and help from a band of brothers, and sisters, family, and friends. As Hani was there for many of us, in good times and bad, we will be there for him. Our contributions will help support Malik through his transition from high school, Alee with her extracurricular passions such as volleyball, little Luca with childcare, daily living expenses, and all the other necessities that come with raising three children.
