Times are tough for every one of late, some more than others. The Santos family has been dealt a very tough ending to 2022 which has unfortunately continued into 2023. Back in late November, Candace experienced what she thought was an extremely severe migraine. After a trip to the hospital, a neurologist appt and a few days of excruciating pain, it was found that she actually experienced a Stroke, which then lead to the doctors finding an aneurysm and a blood clot in her brain, a hole in her heart, as well as a torn carotid artery.
Candace is home with her family and has been told to just take it easy until they can figure out exactly what procedures need to be done, however, she will have a very long road of appointments/procedures that has and will cause her to miss a ton of work. I am hoping to raise even the smallest amount to help the Santos Family with their current and upcoming medical bills.
