Hi,

My name is Robert. Earlier this year we received the devastating news that my wife, Jocelyn, had tested positive to terminal Pancreatic Cancer. This has upended our lives.

It has put our lives on hold as we battle things. I'm on a Disability Pension and Jocelyn has been working. Of course, due to this diagnosis, my wife has had to stop work. She has been through five weeks of radiation therapy, earlier this year, and is currently undergoing several months of Chemotherapy. She has been in great pain, due to the cancer, but has managed to get on top of that (mostly) with medication, and the treatment has helped greatly.

The treatment has been tough and things have been up and down, especially in the immediate aftermath of the week she has the Chemo. She is undergoing the strongest dose she can withstand, in the aim of dealing with the cancer in the best manner. The cancer is wrapped around an artery, and is therefore inoperable.

We have had so many appointments (not only Jocelyn, but myself as I have numerous health problems also). Most of our time this year has been devoted to this fight.

We don't know how long she's got, but we're fighting it the best way we can.

As you may understand, with Jocelyn no longer working things have been tough. We also want to build some memories while Jocelyn is still able So I'm starting this fundraiser to help us out. If you can't give us anything then can you please share this on you social media sites?
