To all my dear family and friends. 

I would like to thank all of you for the emotional support that you have provided to my family and I during this very difficult and shocking time.  My father passed peacefully in our home on January 11th 2016. It was a sudden death. Of course, this brings emotions of shock and difficult comprehension to what has happened to my family. 

This gofundme is for the support of  my father's services. At frist, I was reluctant to even create such a page because my father held a high dignity for privacy and respect. However, my family and I would appreciate any support that we can gather so that my father can have a honored send-off. 

My father was a strong and optimistic person. He lived life with every breath. Throughout his illness, he never showed weakness' of heart. His heart was strong. He believed in life. That's what I take from his life on earth. 

My family and I thank you in advance for all the emotional support. We are in the morning stages with this event. However, the love from all of you is what keeps us focus on the memory of our great Tom Diaz.
