Help with utility bill and car repair to get job!

Hi, my name is Diana. I'm a disabled women, trying to make ends meet. My gas was shut off in May. I have dealt with no hot water and no stove/oven for cooking ,ok since. However fall/winter is coming and I am not going to be able to get it turned on in time for heat.  On top of this my car is broke down. I know many are struggling and I feel bad asking. But IF you're able to help, please. If you're not able just disregard. My car is also not running which is makiing it hard to get a job. I lost my part time work at home job in september.
