My mom was loved by many and I appreciate all of you for the love and support sent to Shanon and myself. Mom died as a result of her colon cancer. The doctors had removed a cancerous mass a few months ago. She was going to chemo every other week.

her insurance changed so she had to stop her chemo and get another doctor. That made her off chemo for over a month. By the time she was able to start chemo again, it was too late. They couldn’t do anymore surgeries either and it would keep growing back.

we went to visit mom on 3/3. On 3/2 I could have a full conversation with her. I could get an “I love you”. On 3/3, when we arrived, she had a feeding tube and was breathing heavy. I asked her if she knew we were there and she said “yes”. That’s the last thing she said to me.

Shanon and I are kinda lost when it comes to getting everything ready for her burial. Money would go towards her cremation and urn. We plan on burying her with my grandma. Anything will help! Thank you guys!
