Hi there. My name is Tommy Carr.

unfortunately, about a week ago… I suffered a heart attack at the age of 34. For those of you that know me, I am an independent contractor in the music/entertainment industry. Unfortunately I am out of work until the foreseeable future. My heart is operating at 30% right now and I have lost a large amount of weight. My level of strength has taken a huge hit making working not an option right now.

I am not one to ask for help but in this case…I am asking for any help that can be given.

I have had 3 visits to the ER and bills are piling up. And will soon be setting up cardiac rehab/therapy.

Any help at all would be greatly appreciated. The money would be going towards bills and groceries and more.

I’ve got a little girl that I want to make sure has everything she needs as well.

This fundraiser is for more than just me. I want to make sure that my little girl (Haley) will be ok as well.
