Hi, my name is Mike Defazio, and I’m reaching out to my community as I take the next step on my journey to become a doctor a lifelong dream fuelled by a deep commitment to inspire, coach, and mentor others towards their greatest potential.

From leading as President of the SPARK student club to earning multiple academic honours in healthcare administration and interdisciplinary leadership, I have always dedicated myself to advancing inclusive student communities and professional networks. Volunteering as a Digital Influencer at Centennial College and guiding others through platforms like The Ambassador Platform and peer mentoring programs has given me the privilege to uplift and empower future leaders experiences that reinforce my mission of designing pathways to success for those around me.

Having achieved high honours, top championships, and leadership accolades across several post-secondary programs, I am determined to use everything I have learned to make a difference in healthcare and education.
