Help Cleo get her surgery

Hi, I’m Destiny. My puppy Cleo recently got her leg stuck in a kennel and it ended up breaking her femur. We were told we could amputate her leg for 12,000 or get her surgery to fix it for a starting price of 1000. She’s only 3 months old so I don’t want to take her leg away so early on from her. She is currently in a spleen but that won’t do anything to fix it. I am tight with money and just kind of need the help to get her fixed up. Anything will be appreciated, thank you.
