Hi, my name is Matthew Evans my wife and I have two beautiful children together, we’ve been together for almost a decade now 8 years of which I’ve been the soul provider. I’ve never made a ton of money but I’ve always been an honest reliable and hard worker. All this being said 3 months ago I had to take time off work with what I thought was a previous work injury to my back. After multiple chiro er and spinal specialist visits they finally did an mri which led to the discovery of 2 fairly large non cancerous tumors in my spine with my sciatic nerve running right through the middle of one. Post surgery now it’s been a long 3 months recovery learning to stand and walk again I still can’t bend or twist lol or even lift a gallon of milk. I have bled my savings dry to pay our 3k per month bills that include our mortgage insurance my wife’s car payment food exc. Had to max out both of my credit cards due to my wife having to have emergency surgery to have all 4 other wisdom teeth removed last Monday, and issues with her car. I sold my personal car this morning in hopes to start making payments on our 60k hospital bill for my surgery this is of course after insurance. I am never one to ask for help and obviously have nowhere else to turn I dont have family money everything I have is tapped out including my body. I’m used to being able to atleast break my back to provide for my family and now I can’t even do that. I’m still at this point bed ridden for most of the day other than to do physical therapy which I also have to pay for out of pocket. I’m asking for 6,000$ to atleast be able to pay the bills for the next 2 months so I can get through this recovery without losing my home and everything I’ve worked for since I was a kid. Please if you can help me keep the roof over my kids head and food in their belly. This is embarrassing as a father and as a man but I have no other option at this point
