My wife, Sarah who is 21, had a brain tumor, meduloblastoma, when she was 8 years old. She had surgery to remove most of the tumor, suffering some brain damage. She also received chemo and radiation on what they couldn’t remove. Fast forward to 2024. Still a newlywed, Sarah started having problems with balance issues and she was no longer able to work. She got diagnosed with stage 4 glioblastoma in late July of 2024, after having a biopsy. The doctors told her that they would not be able to surgically remove the tumor as it was very deeply embedded in the brain stem and gave her a very grim prognosis. Offering only chemo and radiation to perhaps prolong her life. Her earlier radiation has contributed to this brain tumor. The tumor was 7x6x4 cm. Sarah’s quality of life continued to decline, Only able to get around with a walker. We have been doing conventional and alternative treatments and shrunk the tumor, and she was doing so good. We were told the tumor was dead, but fast forward to now, and it's back with a vengeance. After 5 weeks it grew back to 2x1.5 cm already and is causing many problems, balance, speech, hearing and swallowing to name a few. The medical bills keep coming in. We are looking for some help with medical bills as the treatments really add up. MRIs to keep checking the size of the tumor are a few thousand each time. Our hope is to get her better and hopefully achieve remission. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
