Please, help fix our home

Hi, My name is Naomi. Most of you know me, some don't. Those that do, know my struggles in life. You know how proud I am of my accomplishments from coming off lifesupport, starting over when I needed to. I am too proud to ask for help, but here I am. I feel sick to my stomach most nights because of this financial situation. But, here goes.

In December 2021, we purchased a house that literally seemed to fit us, to fit our needs. A house that has truly become home. Not just for us, but our 3 dogs, and my kids. We've been able to fix, maintain, and update some things beinghomeownerss. Up until now that is. See, I hired a contractor to take down the old deck, haul it away, and build a new smaller deck. All was going well until the bottom 6 by 6 beams became exposed. Then, a nightmare began. Now, the house has to be lifted, so those beams can be replaced, and my deck can finally be built. I've already paid for the deck structure, have some of the money for the beams, but I need help with coming up with the funds for the the rest of that and for any other "hidden" shenanigans that could arise. Also, to help with paying the contractor.

I come to "gofundme" because I already maxed out credit cards, applied for loans (obviously got denied.), been thru an insurance claim (they won't cover bc it's been an ongoing issue since before we bought the house is what I was told). My hands are tied. I'm defeated. My husband works hard to provide for us and the kids. We live paycheck to paycheck like everyone else. So, the money not being there, we fully understand.
