Hello, I'm Ryan. Good friends with a family that is going through a rough time. Greg and Trisha Smith's little girl is going undergoing surgery for a tumor in her head. She's in second grade, she's a beautiful little girl. The family is in complete shock and they don't have any idea I'm doing this.
