Vet Bills

One of my mom's cats is unfortunately at a dying stage in his life, and we are worried that he will have to pass away slowly at home. He is unable to move that well, he can only crawl and he crawls with no real goal to get to. I don't want to put my family through the guilt of not being able to afford to let him pass away in a better environment.
