Fractured jaw and lost teeth

My brother, Nate, was working for a friend on 12/7/2016 and a fence post fell from a ledge and knocked out 5 and a half of his teeth on his right side and fractured his jaw.
He underwent surgery today and is recovering, but he will have to find a way to pay for implants or dentures. He is only 29 years old and far too young to not have permenant teeth. Please help us raise the funds needed to give him back his smile.
Thankfully, the hospital (limited unisured coverage) and his friend are helping with the ER visit and the surgery.
The funding total request is an estimate for implants and hopefully will not all be needed. But, the amount of dental work could cost quite a bit more than estimated. Anything left over, will be donated to dental work for someone else in need.
