Help Jeremy with Medical Expenses

A month ago, Jeremy was in an accident and broke both bones in his lower right leg and had emergency surgery. This unfortunately has made him unable to return fully to work for the next 2-3 months. Due to the rising cost of ongoing medical and regular bills he has been put in the position to reach out for assistance to make it through the next few months of recovery.
