On the June 20th 2025 Nick, John and myself (Dave) are cycling from Wolverhampton to Aberdovey in Wales - A bum-numbing 174Km!

While we're doing the ride we would also like to take the opportunity to raise money for a worthwhile cause. We've agreed that Alzheimers Society is that cause.

My family is going through the brutal blows of Alzheimers with my Dad, Alan. He's a true gentleman being slowly unpicked by this disease, and my Mum, Dianne is demonstrating the strength of their love through her determination, fight and care for him.

As an organised event, the first £300 raised will go towards local Aberdovey Bike Ride charities as there is a £100 per rider requirement, these charities include a children's hospital charity and lifeboat services charity amongst others. All donations thereafter go towards the Alzheimer’s Society, so we'd like to raise as much as we can.
